Are false eyelashes absolutely necessary during pre wedding photoshoot? Did u buy false eyelashes from make up artist? How much it cost?

No, but it will be an "eye opener". Nowadays most MUA includes in their price.

My MUA is included in the package. But will charge 50 dollar for the false eyelashes. It's just way too exp

It's part of the makeup...shouldn't need to pay extra. It's really good to have for better effect in photoshoot...

Mine charge $15.

It made my eye look much bigger even though my eyes qt big actually!

Gives a nice dramatic effect.

Unless you have long, lash and curly eyelashes by nature like an indian or caucasian, then don't need.
But if you are chinese with normal length & density lashes then YES, you need. coz you won't look nice without it.
