hi,i will like to share my exprience with this agency Ho wah travel .We are a group of 30 passengers travelling to italy swiss france on the 23may 2013..we will like to compliment our tour leader mr ken yong whom we know for 13days. He is a conscientious,enthusiastic and decicated leader in carrying out his various duties in exemplary manner to our satisfaction.He is very knowledgeable on european countries,his bilingual explanations is clear and understandable.His capability in the arrangement of the activities ,food and lodging has been complimented by the group members. They were impressed by his sheer professionalism. We will not hesitate to recommend Ho wah travel to anybody.If my time permits i will join them again..
