Anyone managed to book EMPRESS for 2026

Got a notice that EMPRESS is pausing all bookings currently.

Had a friend that is in the midst of wedding preparation and was told the previous events rep left and another girl took over him and my friend now had to self-service almost everything. Little to no help at all from the new events rep.

Not sure if should we should wait for Empress to reopen bookings or consider a new location.

Any other brides are in contact with empress? How’s your experience like?

I would suggest looking for a new location first. When you found a new place and if you are still interested in EMPRESS, you can give EMPRESS a call again to check if they have opened for bookings. You can decide then if you still want to book EMPRESS.
