Yes, and I've seen a bride and groom with no brothers and sisters too.

i have been 1 time jiemui..included mi is 3 sisters and 18 brothers.....

i only had 2 sisters!i didnt want any coz mine was just a simple wedding. but my two (real)sisters wanted to be . Actually doesnt matter. must give more ang pao too lol

Most important is the number of bros and sisters should match (else it's weird like 9 bros and 2 sisters).
Bros and Sis are also helpful cos some of them drive so they can help ferry yr family members if needed.
