Anyone engaging bridal package from JB?

Hi all BTB! My colleague recently told me that all her cousins went to JB to take up bridal package. She said it's half the price and yet good quality pictures and beautiful gowns.

Anyone ever engage from bridal? Care to share or any comments out there?

I personally don't feel too good about it. :P
 


I engaged BS from JB. Total package is less than S$1.5k. I would say quite worth it and the service is very good. There are pros and cons to engage BS in JB, depend on your preference & budget etc.
 
Disadvantage: Traffic jam lo (need to travel many times, including gown selection, PS, choose photos, collect album, choose AD gown, etc)... and normally dont include AD MUA, PG... Need to source separately.

Advantage: Cheaper, value for $$, different PG /album layout style. Btb normally top up many photos (more $), if you want quality with affordable price, JB BS can meet it.

Add on to the Advantage = u can ask for more freebies and they ve canvas poster FOC

htb say NO MONEY.. save $$ for house

smilem>> Yup! hope can get a good one. I also postpone honeymoon.. no $$, luckily I have a very helpful SIL, she sponsor a bridal car (BMW 5) for me. One thing settled.^^

i tik i will stick back to my htb car = stream.. but it quite cramp behind

No, study locally but is full time study. He resigned from current job le, serving last 1.5mths notice now.

My AD gowns havent chosen, wish can try some cancan one... bcos both WG for PS dont have cancan.
 
smilem>> cancan easier to walk but not easy for PS (to me). Ha... bcos some standing post, my dear is 'far' from me. My indoor WG for PS is mermaid so dont have cancan. The other outdoor WG just a simple & more relax kind, therefore dont need cancan also.

My hubby told me stream is MPV, should be quite big bah?!
 
CANDY = tat gd for u.. due to my hip size.. i cun put on the mermaid gown...

so i tik i nit to wear the cancan during my AD, easier for me to walk..
 
wow... really? how u know alot of pple sign up with Venus?

btw, i went past BNY the other day.. the shop look super classy.. anyone know how much is their package? haha.. maybe i shall consider it as one of my choices for my wedding anniversary package.

true also.. actually for a MTM package, after the currency conversion, still quite worth it. Furthermore, near to custom.

so have u collected ur wedding albums liao? how ur wedding preparation??
 
Not yet, just completed PS on 29May, haven chosen photos. Preparation... booked banquet and BS, AD MUA and PG are more or less there... whatelse? I know nuts about it and my hubby is 'bo cha' type. ha>.<
 
icic... your wedding is in mar 2011 right? still got plenty of time. my hubby also super bo chap type. I have been doing all the sourcing and planning.. luckily left 4 mths to my wedding. v sianz of all these wedding preparation liao.

yar lor.. i can feel my heart bleeding when i need to pay the service providers.. i think my main killer is the honeymoon and banquet... sad..

Yoz... mine is RM275 for 200 inserts. so not too sure about the RM20 which you mention.

but i ve a hard task for the VG which so far 2 companies rejected me..
my Solemization -= 7pm.. i wish to ve an express highight n able to show my guest during my 2nd march-in.. no one able to do so.
 
Have u tried simon videos and ilford images?? They are within this budget.

u wanna film the solemnisation as well? hmm.. might be abit tight leh.. i heard for VG, they need at least 1 hr or more to do the most basic express highlights..

For me, i'm having church wedding follow by wedding lunch. I will release the VG at 11am and he need to complete it before 1 pm. Was told to give them some photos to add on to the highlights so that it won't look so empty.
