I am getting married on the 10th Oct 2010. I initally wanted to DIY my ROM layout but the comments i get from my friends are that its impossible without experience.
My fiancee and I just want a simple ROM day which is only 2hrs long. We would like a white/pink/black theme. Our budget is withing the range of $300-$500. Some cloth stretched from one corner to another, 4 flowers stand at each corner of the room and 2 flowers stand at the entrance.
