Any Solemnizer to recommend?

Hi guys, do you have any solemnizer to recommend?
Preferably chinese speaking.

Hi Zhuzhu,

We just had our ROM last Sat and we engaged Dr Phua Tan Tee as our JP.

He spoke fluent mandarin and english; a funny and friendly guy who looks a little like Santa =p

Even my grandparents loved him, and he gave some good advice on marriage. You may wanna consider him

I had my ROM on 06Feb and had Dr. Phua as my solemniser as well. Thumbs up for him. He is a fatherly person who will give some advices. Some people may think he is longwinded, but I believe he has our interests in heart =)

-Many good reviews on him, grandfatherly, humorous, polite, calm, friendly.
Experience: Quick respond to email, always unreachable via phone and he cannot make it on our date but he is very polite when turning down our request

- Saw many good reviews of him thought to engage him too.
Experience: Email no reply, followed up with phone call he said should be ok thus waited for his email confirmation... 2 weeks passed ... no revert. Followed up again, he said he might have travel plan can only confirm again in a weeks time... our last attempt with him thus we waited, one morning he asked again when will be the Solemnisation cerermony [OMG...faintz] replied him it will be in the evening.. then he said Oh I need to catch a flight at 6pm, sorry cannot make it.
