ANY SAMARITANS HELP!!! 2012 BTB need help in planning ROM & AD !!!

My boyf and me is planning to hold our ROM on 2012 mid , AD on 2012 end. I need help in the following.

ROM
- Cost for about 40-50pax
- Cost for Wedding Band
- Suggested venue ?
- What is needed ?
- How long in advance is needed to plan ?

AD
- Cost for about 230-250pax
- Suggested venue ?
- Bridal Studio to intro for plus size btb + Estimated Cost
- Cost for MUA
- Cost for photographer + Videographer ( If can suggest anyone even better ^^ )
- Other then above what else I need to plan
- How long I need to plan ?

ROM

cost for 40-50 pax

at restaurant should be $500-$700 per table for 10.
at cafe should be $300-$500 for 10
buffet should be $200-$400 for 10 (but this one no venue, so you have to fork out for venue seperately)

cost of wedding band:
depending on quailty and got diamond no diamond
a pair $500-$5000 also have.

suggested venue:
also got a very big selection, at least need to know which one you inclined to.

you will need:
pens and ring holder for rom only.
and mostly importantly the justice of peace.

Well my rom solemisation is at grand coptherine hotel for ard 40 person .. is buffet..

I cater makeup artist to help my mum to makeup and hairdo

Solemisator - I get MR tan peng yam - tel : 9777 9848. he will explain and u arrange meet up ..
YOu just give $50 as transport is a must.

Ring holder and pen holder - you can go toa payoh bus interchange sell sometime very cute ...
which i buy before alot bear bear very cute ..$16
and pen holder bear bear get from the person

Actually, u get from hotel they provided.
