Any recommendations for wedding banquet venue?

Hi all,

My friend said Four Seasons's banquet food is nice but the sound system is bad. Other friends also mentioned its best I look for pillarless banquet rooms.

If given a maximum budget of S$1200/table for a Saturday wedding dinner at a hotel on November 2013, which hotel would be recommendable?

Must be pillarless, convenient/accessible for non-drivers, good service, sound system must not be poor, center stage and most importantly, yummy food!

Preferably have high ceiling and perhaps.....decent perks?
