u can try my contractor, workmanship is vv good! windows, grilles, shower screen she give me all contractor price..

my whole house 5room grilles cost only $680 that includes my big service balcony (9 panels of windows!) and material is double hollow somemore!

Most importantly, they have their own hdb licence for more than 10years already!

i would advise u to call her ASAP to give you a quote as now year end, alot of places work schedule is vvvv.full!!

Hi, I contacted Mr Seah 96363520 based on the recommendation in this thread. He has closed down his shop & will come down to your house to take measurement. He replied promptly & came down on the same day after I called him. He quoted me 7k plus just for redo of kitchen alone while others only quote me 5k. I finally give in after coaxing. But he wants me to paid a deposit of $300 on the spot which I finally give in & paid the only $200 I have at home after his constant assurance that his work will be good. After deep consideration, I realised I made a haste decision & call him up 5 days later (he went travelling for past 4 days). After hearing my request, he just simply say his company can't cancel any order. Before I pay the deposite, he still tell me that his company is a reputable company with no black records. I told him that CASE has allowed consumer a 10 days Cooling period. But he just claim that 'not his company'. He simply refused to pay me back my deposit & slam down my phone. I'm not putting blame on anyone but just need to raise awareness to consumers Not to support company like these. Who knows he has been earning a living collecting deposite from people. . .

but generally i heard that contractors dont really go by black n white. they go by trust. thats why when u engage a contractor have to be more careful. I have heard of stories of contractors disappearing for a few days after beginning work.
