what about for ROM? cos we are having ROM cum lunch in sep 2009.. no customary at all.. i heard normally photo album is taken after ROM, 6 months before AD. but since we are only having ROM, so that means 6 months before ROM?

Hi Meow,

actually there's no restriction on how many mths before ur customary or ROM. For me, my rom & customary is on the same day(12 jun) and complete by photo taking by Apr. My fren do it 8mths before her wedding cos she take a malaysia bridal shop and afraid tt she might had lots of things to prepare when date are needed.

It do depend on you, whether you are doin a simple ROM session or wat. Some might be doin a ROM cum lunch session like you & will like to show their wedding album with guests. If so then i tink you will at least take abt 3 mths to source for bridal shop, choose wedding gown, take photo shoot, choose photos and collecting of album.

thx! my solemnisation and customary also on the same day!! i already settled my BS in March, 2 mths ago hee.. acutally i had settled other big stuffs like banquet, Pre and AD PG..

now waiting to meet my BS designer in dec to start designing my gown.. can't wait!!

i have a very comprehensive package from Yvonne Creative to let go at $800. The original price is $3388 and i managed to bargain to $3088. I have paid a deposit of
$1088 but due to some personal reasons i have to let it go. It includes almost everything you need for indoor & outdoor photoshoot, ROM, tea ceremony, church wedding (if you have) and Actual day dinner. The gowns are made to measure (MTM). No expiry date too. I signed up this package at a bridal fair.and it took us a long time to bargain with them and get all the additional goodies we need. All hidden charges are also listed in the package so they can't anyhow charge you. They are also very flexible in exchanging things in the package to things that you need. Like more pictures/poses, more men's jackets. My consultant is Jean. A very friendly and patient lady.
