Hi everyone!

I'm thinking of holding my reception at a place with reasonably good western food, nice hipster location and able to extend until 1am.

Can only think of 1 Rochester. Quoted minimum spend of 15k for a Sunday just for the reception. Honestly Janet (their planner) sounds really good and we are happy with the food from previous visits. We are most concerned about service to our guests and enough food and drinks. A nice location would be great too.

Anyone have alternative ideas? Is 15k pretty reasonable for a Sunday? Sounds like quite a standard budget? Anywhere cheaper but just as interesting? ;) Appreciate any advice!

Hi sunflower! is it a must to extend till 1am? I can offer something cheaper for you! (: However our place closes at 10PM on a Sunday and 11pm on a Saturday. It is centralized location and very accessible! You can go for buffet menu for $79.90+ with free flow oyster, desserts and non alcoholic drinks! Any alcoholic drinks will be charged separately! We have selections of beers, wine and even champagne! The remaining amount can actually be used for decorations if you require them I have got good vendors as well to recommend! (:

let me know any details you need!
