Additional photos charges?

Is Benjamin working for any BS? Apparently, my BS quoted abt $500 for 6-8 rolls of films (not very sure). I do quite like their journalistic style but do not know the market rate for AD photograher. Can you... also...email me the charges too? thks. [email protected].

Can someone clear my doubts in the additional photo for 15R @ only $30? Which BS offers such cheap price for 15R and is it in mag style album? Also, isn't it too ex to pay $80-$100 for add 15R photos? What exactly is the difference?

Does any one know how they charge for the package for additional photos taken? Or anything to look for..? which photograhper are better?

I'm a BC bride and my fiance and I had our PS in mid June. Now, we're waiting for our album to be done up. Nothing fancy... just the traditional single-photo-on-each-page layout. We like it better than the mag style layout! 10R prints run $55, I think. Not so sure about other sizes.
 
Any of u here take the magazine style album?? how much is per pc of photo for adding into the album?? any of u buy back all photo excluding the selected one?

im with sophia and u are right.... additional poto is $80 each..but if u take more than that, u can bargain with them for lower rates
 
Hi titi, my BS charge 120 for per pc of mag style. It incl 4 poses in one pc. I managed to get thru my photo selection without toping up but my album are filled with 50+ pics cos I get a freelancer to do up the extra pages of mag style for me, so really save a lot.

I think the market for wedding photos is hard to understand...

The original package of an established photographer is about $1200, for about 24 pages. Roughly, that divides into $50 per page (assuming all are full page, not magazine / montage style). The actual price should be even cheaper, since surely you must take into account the photographer's own fees, his time, his petrol etc...

But the extra charges are $80 for each subsequent addition full page, and $120 for montage pages!

I dunno how that figures....

is it montage page need to do more work? i think many of these shops anyhow charge, making a new bride to be like me very scared to sign leh

I am a BC bride, most of them engage Kit as PG, but i have not have mine PS so can't comment much.

Their package about $3288 (MTM) if OTR shall be cheaper. they give about 20-22 photos and the other rest. not bad but they have 1 or 2 in-house designer only so they are always busy if you are taking the MTM.

Hi all! i'm wondering whether bridal boutique photography is better or get a seperate photographer is better.
when u sign with the bridal boutique, do they give u the remaining softcopies that were rejected?
If not, did anyone request to buy only softcopies of the other photos that are not in the album? how much did u pay?
 
usu additional pics are from $60-80 per pc after negotiations. otherwise they like to ask for $120 and above for additional pics (pretend like v expensive lah these pple *ai ya*) so u shld prepare for $60-80 but rem it also deps on size of pic

I think the quality of a bridal boutique photographer varies from that of an independent photographer.

Don't think I've heard of bridal boutiques that give remaining softcopies that were rejected. In fact, I've only heard of people spending $1000-$1500 to buy the entire CD of all the softcopy shots, with some additional pages thrown in for the album.

Anyone developed 15R photos outside using the softcopy of 'selected images' that the photographer returned to you? I'm sure it only costs around $20-$30 max right??
 
Where can I customize an album plus them printing the photos for me..? The bridal shop is charging a hefty fee to do that for me..
 
Can I know the rough cost to buy the remaining softcopy photos(not selected ones) from the bridal shops?

Can those softcopy be developable? understand that some bridal "do sumthing" to it so that it is low in pixels and cant be blown...

it will all depend on the BS shop itself for the cost. Maybe can ask the BS.....
