I am letting go due to both families have decided not to hold a banquet but a simple rom instead. =[

Um, hate to break it to you but this is not a good deal at all. It doesn't even include a 1 day photoshoot + 5x changes of clothes/hairdo + album + 24 inch canvas print + table photo etc etc that most bridal studios offer standard along with the AD gowns, etc.

I nego based on what my needs are however i can see that you deemed it differently.

If you were to have your pre-wedding photoshoot taken overseas, and planning to hold a banquet dinner locally, of course you will look for packages similar as such.
If you were to find package that caters to both photoshoot and actual day, pricing would definitely be different depends on where ur photoshoot will take place (locally or overseas).
If you prefer wearing back similar gowns for your banquet, the most you only choose 2 sets, for 2 walk-in.
For your 1 day photoshoot + 5x changes of clothes/hairdo + album + 24 inch canvas print + table photo etc, eg. overseas shoot with such criteria, normally you will only take back bout 30-40 in an album and you will need to nego on the pics to be taken back as per disc. (normally they will allows only those print out in the album to be return to u.) Album, canvas print to be paid by customer when they shipped back. (shipping cost are not included in package) & your accommodation and flights are not included as well as places of interest for visit to have ur photos taken.
For like those canvas print, table photo... i do not need these.. as these i can easily buy those voucher from deals to have it printed out.
For local shoot, of course it will be cheaper and normally you can choose to include together with AD gown and photography as per nego. BUT videography is definitely separate from the package.

This package that i nego is to cater for AD, for BTB to consider this package if you choose to have their photoshoot taken overseas and prefer to have something different on their wedding day itself and yes, this packages may sounds exp to you because i have nego videography to be included. A 10 hours videography and express highlight during the dinner.
To record a heartfelt moment and i strongly believe a moment celebrating with all the loved one should be remembered.
