there's a kitchen but i don't know how to cook. I don't wake up early enough for bfast as well but there's alot of places to eat right outside the hotel. I remember breakfast is extra charge but trust me, you are better off buying breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel is near Maranouchi line.

There's 10% discount if you use citibank credit cards if i'm not wrong but i usually get cheaper than that around 180-190 depends on season since i'm staying in an Ascott service apartment elsewhere in the region.
