8kg Loss within 7 weeks

I'd just finalised my 3-month TRA programme. Only 1-word can express my feeling-fantastic.

Previously I did try herbalife, slimming centre etc but re-bounced...only until I met TRA.

I've lost 13 kg in 6 months and I think it's an excellent result. I used Reductil combined with diets and exercises. It works fine, I do like it.

Hi eva, fyi, reductil has been recalled recently. Pls do not resort to drugs as they were meant as really last resort to obese people who cannot use any other methods that time, now.. even for very obese poeple. you can still choose a healthier method with TRA

I tried different diets and did exercises daily and still couldn't lose a pound.
I know Reductil was banned in some countries but I use it for half an year and don't have any negative effects. I like how it works and I'm determined to use it till I get rid of all my unwanted pounds
 
Hi... what is the acupuncture program about? What will be the procedure throughout? And what is the cost and any hidden cost? Lastly, where is it located and the name of this shop? Sorry for the many qns as I would like to find out more first. TIA!
 
My acupuncture program is includes of detox, dietary n acupuncture .i spent ard 4months to slim down 17kg, the price have to depending on fat analysis n body issue de, it is good for U to go for the analysis n consultation with my consultant . She will advise base on body n they not pushy or hide cost. Not like those slimmin salon i went prev, kept asked me to sign lo.

So your target is 15kg ar? Have to see how much fat you havetTo lose in the body analysis first then my consultant will advise base on your analysis n body issue de . So u may call or meet them up to find out more , they not pushy too

I had tried too many useless n bad slimming cum expensive methods. When health is not so Gd then realized slimming healthily very important.

Ic, I was in XL too after slim down 17kg now abt S size but I think my bone size only can go S size but no further down.

hi jassie, i had actually met up with your consultant n decided to give it a try(no confident).today is my second week of program, luckily the acupuncture is not pain and i manage the diet quite well. thanks to consultant's follow up (:
feel my tummy is flatten a bit and not so bloateness.
Will keep it up to lose my 10-12kg of stubborn fat

but for the west side one I heard from my friend said there is not sure got do slimming or not.
