Hello Pynkyn,

nice to meet another bride holding the celebration at the same venue.
I'm having similiar time schedules as you except my hubby has to reach my place by 7am. We gotta reach his relative's house asap to pray respects to ancestors and tea ceremony at One 15 at 11am. I guess my schedule has allowance to "lobo" in between the locations but I'm actually trying my best to squeeze all the required before 12 noon so that I can chill a while with my hubby in the room before all mayhem starts again.

Ahhh lucky you, would have opted to start earlier but can't, shifu said that he can only pick after 9am and I have to reach his door before 11am.. like amazing race like that... btw what's your date? mine is 9th November.

Actually we consulted shifu too. He gave us a lot of dates which the bride pickup is from 9-11am but we are not keen as we knew long ago, we wanted a luncheon instead of dinner. 9-11am seems a bit rushed for us.
20 October is the best feasible date with 7-9am bride pickup yet it turns out that it ain't really a win win situation.
We got time to lobo but we really do not have time to go to our new house to take photos nor any location shoot with our xiongdi jiemei coz it would be like island-wide travelling north, east and back to central/south...
So we decided just got to the suite and chill with our entourage lor...

How's your preps so far? I haven't even look at my Guo Da Li stuff wor!!! *panic mode kicks in*

Luckily for us, my parents and his did away with the Guo Da Li... else another thing to add on to my todo list...

Do not engage Wedding diary lily Liu! Totally money minded . I requested flowers to be thrown upon marching out and ahe forgot , saying there were to many flowers! Yet she charged me $50 for them. Why have adiscussion about how to let the guests know when to throw them and hve them placed at the aisle . The whole packet was left on the table . She forgot yet refused to admit. Then she displaed the one photo I told her not to. After carefully going through each photo ad have her assistant write it down. Blatant mistake . After the wedding she didn't even say goodbye just sneaked off . No apology no email . Nothing . Totally bad service . Very unpleasant experience . Also was not even able to choose my own flowers. Do not engage wedding diary for yor wedding.

Checking in as a 2013 bride. My wedding planning was really rushed. BF proposed in April and wedding in Nov. Chop chop! Haha...
