Evon - I got my proposal + engagement ring on the day before my photoshoot, at the observatory area at the top of the 101 tower! haha.. I thought I'd never get it already. And that is also why I pressed for the wedding bands before coming to Taiwan so at least there's something on my fingers for the shoot.
Be prepared to set aside at least 2 hours for your manicure if you wanna do acryllic nails. It shows in the pics, so it'd be well worth the money + time. Mine costs NTD2000+.. which is about S$100.. much cheaper than in singapore.

I got so 'pek chek' that time, I even sulk and told him I will wear my own diamond ring for the photoshoot. And he said, ok lor. LOL!.. Like real than okay lor. lol!
Ya boy. He went TADA! Suddenly not romantic already, it became hilarious. I took out our camera and took pics of him kneeling down (posted on FB also) - he was so shy that people will walk past but he was still spontaneous.
