i koe alot of peepz are buying private prop now....they hav e same mindset as u...if u can tink of buy cheap to rent, others can oso tink of tat...now, mkt rather stagnant for rental....
unless u buy those still developing ones to invest lor, and pray tat 2-3 years ltr, mkt betta, then u can rent or sell for profit...worse case scenario, developer cant hang on and discards project...like wat happened to silversea at east coast...
