Will the rose gold fade as times go by.. I had a half rose gold pendant and it became white after awhile.

compassrose yes those are 18 or 24k gold if i remember it correctly it will fade with time.

The price range are like 1.4k and above each...the price is different everytime, according to them. It depends on the broadness of the ring also.

Can drop by to see they are not hard selling, but if u ppl buy from them better dont do engraving. Coz their engraving is not the normal kind.

Compassrose:
Whether it fades or not depends on whether it is plated or fully yellow/rose gold. My jeweller advised me to get it fully yellow gold at the sides instead of having it plated.

Erm, I can't remember how much it cost but it is not too ex, I think a couple of hundreds. Of course the actual Tiffany one is more expensive.

my mother in law say must have lamp, Baby Bath Pail and Spittoon which is representing next generation.. i guess she cant wait to have grandchildren.

- bedsheet to be used for an chuang
- new set of pyjamas have to wear it the night before AD
- 2 Tea set is a must (for groom's side and bride's side)
- Xi stickers also a must (include 2 big ones to paste master bedroom door and main wooden door, small ones to paste everything)
- Fans (1 pair) will be used on the AD.

i also dont know, i will bring my mom and grandma to the GDL shop next month and let them decide what to get.

We have to get 2 tea sets? I thought traditionally should be only one, that is given by bride's to groom's. The bride side will use the ones that was given to your dad by your mum's family.

design, smething to compliment my engagement ring lor =P Either a simple plain band with sme wavy lines on it or a wavy band but my FH tried one at Citigem n he said that the ring cut into his skin when he closed his hand. So I guess wavy ones are out..so plain ones with wavy lines on it lor

I actually wanted to check out Fairy's Inc but I think they'd be out of my budget.

wp, yeah I know wat u mean, there was this girl at the wisma branch, she very paiently tolerated me and my 2 giggly girlfrens while i shopped for my ring. She was very sweet. She showed me the diff bands they had and never bad mouthed other stores (not like the Wisma Lee Hwa)

Then she packed the brochures and everything nicely into a soo kee bag for all 3 of us.

I very impressed with her.

they have not quote me yet cos they will only quote me once i am happy with my ring design but they gave a price range of 2k for a pair...i am mixing rose gold with black gold and i am embossing a design on the ring so tat is the prb now..cos not pleased with any design so far

then my parents went to Soo Kee with me.. which is just opp Lee Hwa.. they bought a ring as a present for my ROM and the Soo kee sales person send me out.. when they send me out Lee Hwa sales person saw...
the very next day I still was like if still got any ppl would want to serve me..
guess what I step in nia.. all want to serve me..
say oh yesterday I saw u waking out from Soo Kee ah.. looking for wedding bands ah.. come I show u..

yeah lor lee hwa i at first tot got good impression. But after tt time at the Wisma branch, I peng liao.

The Bishan branch still not so bad. I was looking for a new cross coz my old one got spoilt. Then I was looking around and this salesgirl was very nice. A lil pushy but she knew when to back off lor.

But dun think I'd go to Lee Hwa to buy my wedding bands. I rather go to Soo Kee if i had to choose b/w the 2. Smemore I think Soo Kee designs nicer
