also checked the Average Valuation by Town & Flat Type for 3Q 2006. SK 5rm is $289,900 and punggol 5rm is $300,000. Currently, the most expensive 5rm is located in Queenstown at $424,100 & the cheapest 5rm is located in jurong west $270,200.

Hi lim, I am a member but my church does not have a church building. so we have a list of churches that we can book that's why I checked with them and found out that they cost a bomb if I am book as non-member. Sigh, I am still looking out for suitable church premise.

Anyway, my BS called me today to book for my first appt with them. However, I am going to be very busy this month so havr to arrange for dec. But I am looking forward to choosing my gown and making selection. will update you further.

lilo, my PG is not from UK. He is from SG and i am flying him and MUA up to UK. His packages are the same as SG ones except tat u will have to pay for his airfare and accomodation in the UK so it becomes quite ex as i am paying about 8k for the PS. will look for his website for u. cannot remember off hand.
my advise is if u are really interested to get someone with accomm and airtix included, like Kelvin from Lighted Pixels who is charging abt 5+k for his overseas packages inclusive of everything. didn't know abt Kelvin else i would have gone for him coz it is a cheaper alternative.

lilo, i think i know who u are referring to. is he based in oxford/cambridge? u might want to try local MUAs but then they would not be tat cheap either as i tink they charge separately for trial and AD and it is based on per session so if u have morning and evening shoot, they might count it as 2 sessions.
