i was actually intending to get edmund leong photography to do my album shoots as well cos i like his works. more classy and unique. my hubby and i were so impressed we signed up with him on the spot (for AD) just a few days ago! my HTB is not local, so we got some much needed advice from him abt mixed marriages. but the happiest thing is that another item on the list settled!haha

I kept some textbooks for a few yrs but realized they basically just sit in the storeroom in a box... haha. I just threw everything away last month. If only I knew I could sell them. Too late now heheh.

Usually what happens @ Divine is that the designer who picks up your call becomes your designer. Mine is Helen... she's v friendly, responsible and creative.
From the feedback from the other brides on the divine thread, the 3 of them are all very good. Do make an appt to have a chat with them.
For the table, can add area where you're going to stay, AD PG, Caterer, etc as you go along....

Same here, I source for a photographer first before finding a BS that focus mainly on bridals gowns only. My BS is Silverlining, same as Huiz. So far, I am very pleased with my designer and looking forward meeting him soon for 1st fitting.. Will share it with u gals.
The style is pretty similar to Divine, if I am not mistaken, Kim is the chief designer for Divine.
For those, still sourcing for VG, can check out wedding paparazzi, i went down to view their work recently, find them very easy to wrok with, not pushy.. Their signature long story short is quite cute.. it capture the gate crashing part in a quirky manner. We had a good laugh watching them. Too bad, i dun have it hence we can't consider that package. But i am seriously considering their concept video.
I was so busy fighting a 'war' What happened is the hotel that we are interested in didn't really proceed our tentative booking, in the end our venue was given to another couple. So we need to actively source for another venue.

We are planning to have our wedding in Nov/Dec 07...my mil suspose to help us get the auspicious dates...but she keep telling me tat the tong shu not out yet...keep delaying the date picking. Yet i cannot demand much..can only keep pushing my hubby to push my MIL...HAIZ..so stress to find out tat everybody have a already start preparing for their big day...i haven't even start doing anything yet! STRESS!!

don't worry. you still have sufficient time. the tong shu should be out soon and you can select a date. in the mean time, read out and do some research on your banquet venue, BS, AD PG and VG.
you may like to make arrange to view some venues so that you can immediately secure once you got your date ready..
