the other time my medical checkup hor, need stools also leh. but they very advance leh. dun have to put the stool in the container one. they gave us a small container (like the size of your little finger), there's a stick with some chemical, so we just poke on the stool then either give to them on the same day or send to them by post also can.

think like dat, not so stress loh. hee..
