sdl- yea the savanah reali v nice! the maint only $208. shared by more ppl hence cheaper.. we saw the 4 bedrm showflat, got 2 rms w toilets attached! gd for 2 families stayin tog =)

newbbi- the fair is at expo..

u all watched channel u ytd? abt quan yifeng's weddin. sooo touchin til i cried!
 


jenn- her frens all planned the surprise weddin for her since 7 yrs ago she din reali hv a proper weddin.. she tot it was jus another hosting session w michelle chia. all her frens, her hb n daughter hid behind this big white cloth n when both of them walked dwn the bridge at sentosa, she was so shocked to c everyone standing there! n tears jus start to flow n flow as she walked dwn 'the aisle'... so touching lor!!

Ting.. ya lor.. everything also got.. so hor, doubt the $208 fees per month will definitely rise.. cant be that cheap lor esp when its pte property..
 
But hor, $208 maintain fee is quite low lei, usually heard fm other ppl, their mthly mtce fee cost more than $400 when there are lesser facilities...

sdl/jenn- we also surprised tat the maint is cheap! the agent said cos shared by more ppl lor, hence each pay lesser =) my ILs paid more for their maint n nt much facilities also! sm more the gym is so small!
 
Ting.. true true.. more ppl shud have lesser maintenance..

Linda.. even if boss sees me snake ard.. he can't do much hahaha.. cuz he is a major snake too! :D

ting - keke.. i used to do this last time when we were not hb and wife yet also.. coz my ILs plc very near NIE so used to come up here when i had long breaks.. keke.. i more thick-skined mah!

sdl - keke.. i offered to buy lunch but she says she'll cook maggie.. so i dun mind.. i lurve to eat maggie! hahah..
