inez also take 3 hours nap during weekends.
actually so long as she is at home, she nap at least 2.5 to 3 hours.

go for 30 mins swim, then back in office to eat my lunch. cos its just 5 mins from my tower, so very fang bian.
no choice lah, cos my wt is piling up. now so fat. gotta shed off.

wah, inez and J oso nap so long ah, egan naps around 1.5h at least but twice a day. so breaks up in the morn and aftn.

linda/jenn- wkdays he naps for 3 hrs too but wkends 2 hrs is v gd liao n surprisingly he's nt cranky when nt enough slp on wkends! he's v gd at endurin til cannot tahan thn KO! like tat time brot him to bird park in the mornin n went home wan to let him nap. he only slept for half an hr n KO at 11pm at nite thn nxt mornin awake at 730am! i was like more tired thn him!

then he always said i give excuse. but when i finally sign up for cc classes, if he work or study, i gotta missed, end up wasted.
so now he believe i really got no time. hahh..

then just sign up for another cardio exercise class on sunday.
so if he is not working, he will help me take care of inez for that 2 hours while i go exercise.
then in office, tue and thur, i will try to go swimming.

linda, that's what mi hb says too, i give excuse not to exercise but i really tired out aft sch hrs liao, n by the time can leave him with megan at home, almost her bedtime so how to go ex.
ting, i oso tot of, but now hardly have chance coz i go home later aft sch now coz a lot of wk to clear, den by the time i go to mi mum's place i paiseh ask her look aft while i go ex. instead she more relieved and will go for her swimming haha!

Charlotte is having abit of faked measles lor cos see her body hv red spots and she was having fever since wed which is her 8th day after her MMR jab..hiaz... this morning no fever but still hv spots..
Anyoen can advise how long will faked measle last and can bath?

BTW do not forget that the voucher is gotta to expiry on 15 Sep lei... me also got a $3 OFF gain IQ voucher given by IVY (From Hair Inn). Actually my hair also cut by her, just want a change of image, just tell her to cut whatever shld look nice... ha ha ha
But 1st day when I am back in office, my HR say how come I cut this tu-tu hair.... faintz

ya.. initially din really watch. then slowly like the show quite nice, so started to follow. then always missed the 1st 15 to 30 mins if i make inez sleep. cos will sleep with her. hahah..
so ended up watch from youtube when she is sleeping.
every night watch till from 11.30 to 1.30 then sleep. hahaha..

Actually my colleague teached me how to downloaded and convert to video and store in mobile, so i can watch anytime anywhere after Jayden sleep... ha ha ha
Me can watched util 2plus loh... and now my colleauges are here are crazy of heart of greed... one of them (with 2 children) everyday watched her mobile until 3AM in the morning... now really become panda eyes meh...

1st inez woke up ard 2pm, then we lost our way, when my silly hb already check the directory before driving off, then inez was hungry cos way pass her lunch time, drank half bottle of her eater, then dunno why maybe too much puke out and wet her clothing, car seat and everywhere.
so gotta stopby somewhere to clean her up and change her. then silly hb again, goes to the wrong condo and insisted that its correct till i check with the security. haiz... finally reached almost 4pm.

The party was great... but me was the earliest to go there and 'request' Janf to open the cater cos J was hungry... was there about 1.30pm and the catering was just set-up... Hard to get J to eat properly without a high chair meh...sigh
