ya... i think if notthe govt wont need to put up so many poster and thro media and all kinds of ways to tell and educate these ppl to be responsible of themselves and others.

haiz... inez suddenly cough so badly this morning 4am and vomited phlegm twice. cry and cry... think she very xin ku bah. gave her medicine, then finally 1 hr later she sleep.
me supper duper tired today.

btw u all noe where to get cheaper crocs shoes? i bot a pair for aldan n last sun went orchard ion drop 1 n cannot be found =( darn sad cos tats his fav.

i bot inez crocs shoes from last year warehouse sale at expo.
you can try royal sporting house.
think they are having clearance sales.
maybe some other places also have, but cos i am in suntec, so i know here have.
but limited sizes and design lah.

actually if they can vomit out the phelgm is good rather than they swallow back lor..... helps to clear it out...

ya i already decided on the name. she will be called Alyssa if gender doesn't change at birth hee....

i think will bring her go see gp and get her cough cure, cos she cough and cough at night till can sleep then keep crying and crying, think very xinku bah.
after western medicine finished then go back to TCM again.

ya she still goes cc, cos no one at home, my hb still working and haven come back.
but this morning no more cough leow. so later will call cc to check if she still coughing a not.
think ccc got kids sick also lah, so spreading from one to another.

hope Jayden can get well with the TCM medicine and "pu" back his health.

Ya meh, ytday i went to J's ccc and the principal told me that lots of children are down with flu,cough and fever...hence quite a number of kids didnt turn up for school as well....
 
hee, ting, ya coz need to relax a bit liao. i already planning where to go in sept hols.

u can go for a short trip when aft ur 1st tri lor, with aldan.thk with no2 out gotta wait a while rite.

now that inez is 2 year old. usually i will go gp 1st if after taking medicine she ok, then good lah. if persist too long, then i will go pd.
cos inez pd all at mt e and my hb is studying and working (24hr), so unless necessary, i will just bring her to the gp downstair. the pd at my place there is supper and forever long Q, i mean really long Q, waiting time is at least 3 hours and more kind loh. jenn and newbbi also experience before.

for andrea i only bring her to PD cos partly i can claim for her expenses from my company as part of my medical bills.... and also i found another PD near my place and open at night so now i go to that PD and unless cannot recover then i go back to her old PD at Raffles lor...
 
cos a few times i realized that when i bring her to the normal GP at Raffles Hospital (cos we usually bring her see doc at night if no high fever) and she always cannot recover and will get worse with time and then go back to PD then better so i decide to just go straight to PD now instead of GP. and cos PD will have their history so if anything unusual, they will know...

Wa peng, talking about the PD @ SK... can wait until u vomit blood meh... got once I was told to wait for <font size="+2">5 hours</font> meh...there is no queue number indicated.... and they just put the card on the time slot and u will never know when is ur turn....even ur kids is having high fever, there is no priority loh.

Like u are slot at 9.30am (for walk in patients), they can change ur time slot anytime to 11.00am or after (without informing u) and we are really like idiots there keep waiting only loh. The svs sucks and I dun understand how come so many parents are willing to wait there.... seriously is MANY hours loh....

I think if i make the trip down to gleneagles, the 2 ways journey hours is even faster than that SK PD clinic meh.

Talking about this stupid queue can really make my blood boil...

And also there was one time the PD cannot detect that Jayden got bronchilits (after visit her twice)... and that is my final tolerance lao... NEVER will i go back there again.

jenn, yes, andrea is going to that PD at TB lor .... the PD now has changed and i find the new PD better compared to the old PD..... This one more experienced and i heard he comes from KKH..... so far, Andrea will recover after seeing him and cos he open at night so it's much more convenient for us too.... then my own GP is just next to the PD and the GP there is good too.. Dr Richard Toh.... he is the one that cured my asthma which was triggered after my last preg and even after 3 trips to a specialist in Glen, cannot recover and then this GP told me that I'm actually having a different strain of virus which needs higher dosage of anti-biotics and i was cured after 2 dosage of that....

Oh i see.... I know of the PD centre @ Tiong bahru... but cos only weekend me back at depot...hence didnt see this PD...

Either i will go to glen or AMK central (Every friday night) to see J's PD
 
jenn, actually you can also bring jayden to the PD at TB lor...... i find that he is almost as good as Dr V Toh from RH..... a few things he noticed which Dr V Toh also mentioned to me before like Andrea has larger tonsils and hence will be more prone to sore throat and will tell me what to look out for like abnormal snoring etc...
 
jenn, ya and his waiting time is definitely shorter... hee....... if you are in the early queue, at most 30 mins get to see him liao.... the longest i ever waited was 1 hr....

I know Dr V Toh from RH is good loh, my supervior's son is also seeing this PD and my supervisor also hv praised abt her.... so i know is good lah.... but also EXPENSIVE ....

Same same loh, even for my own PD, the longest time I wait is 1 hour... so i cannot understand how come got PD clinic need parents to wait for 3-5 hours, which is simply ridiculous loh.
 
jenn hee ya she is exp lor and i've requested her to be the one to attend to my #2 when delivered... hee.... but cos i can claim from company for andrea's medical bill so i still go to her...

like you said, if i go mt e, at the most travel + waiting time + return home less than the hour spent waiting to be called at the kids clinic loh.
actually hor, i also got same thinking as you leh, dun understand y, so many parents still go there. one of the faithful parents is my neighbour. hahahah...

i haven start using the fan but it is powerful de lor as i tried out at kk, cos it is those type electricity one lor, not battery type.

she said that usually she will ask the hb to go down very early to Q so waiting time not that long. not long also need 2 to 3 hours loh.
but since to her not long, then i din ask further leow.
then she dun like to see GP unless the PD is closed.

Newbbi- he’s wearin C6/7, gt sm space for his feet to grow.

Jenn- BP nt cheaper leh! I bot at $40 includin postage but my bro-in-law said he saw at queensway sellin at $29. I gonna go there see too.

Pierced- we plannnin to drive up cameron in nov. I cant wait! Hahhah…. Where u gg in sep??

daphne- so gd u can claim andrea’s med exps! Helps save a lot!

but gg to outgrown very soon.
jut bot another sandals for her.
the other time during the warehouse sales, we bot 3 pairs of diff design for her. but the otehr 2 pairs still too big, so cant wear now.
during the sales, i bot 2 pairs at $20 and the one she wearing now is $25.

my inez feet are big loh.
that's y, almost every 3 to 4mths we have to change her shoes/sandals.
her feet really grow very fast leh.
so far from one year old or rather when she started to walk ard 15mths till now this pair is the 4th pair leow. maybe next mth or end of this mth, need to change to a new pair leow.
 
haha.. aldan gt big feet like me! i KS scare he outgrow too fast so bot slightly bigger nt the jus nice kind.

jenn- he said real one leh. tats y i wan go take a look. $11 diff leh!

linda- regret din go to the sale tat time!! 2 pairs for $20 is reli cheap!!

paisay... shd be 2 pairs at $20 each.
but hor.. the Q is supper long loh.
they open at 10am, we went there ard 11.30 and the Q is already like snake.
so that time, 1st hour we go look ard, then after that, my hb Q 1st, while i go see and choose. when i am done, i take over the Q he go see and choose.
in all we Q for like almost 3 hours leh.
lucky we were on leave and inez was at my aunty house at that time.
each of us grab 3 pairs each.
really really cheap, but q-ing part can kill, if just buying one or two pairs, can forget abt q-ing. not worth.
 
linda, no leh, the words are in english mah. nowadays very convenient liao coz got signs and highway str to the place,. with gps, even better coz just follow.


newbbi, yup, the bedroom door can't close aft installing the gate. u bought urs already?

daphne, andrea sama like mi bro, got larger tonsils so everytime easily get infections, he just recovered fr tonsilitis

linda, ting, megan's feet oso very big leh, she now wearing size 25 for shoes and 24 for sandals! thk gonna outgrow soon too...
 
ting, tot of gg genting and sunway. not gonna drive too far for sep.

hee, i oso went up camreon that time when i expecting megan. so shiok the weather!

oic... tot when i go by coaches, usually in malayu.. hee...
maybe one of these day ask if my hb want to drive up a not. cos tot of gg genting but the coach journey so long scare inez fuss in the coach.

inez shoes size also ard 24 to 25 but gg to 26 leow. also depends on the cutting of diff type of shoes/sandals

we haven tried driving b4, my hb dun really dare to drive to malaysia.
after inez is born, never visited malaysia leow. cos of the journey on coach. that's y ask pieced how they drived in and know the place so well.
 
linda- usu sales lidat. haha... my hb sure scold me upside dwn if i went =P smtimes he rather spend abit more buy thn ciao liao. he hates crowds n waiting.

pierced- genting again? hahhha... the weather shiok rite =D my hb been wantin to go cameron for so long so finally wish granted. lol! recently bot gps too so can jus follow the directions.
 
linda, for me is my hb also not keen to drive to msia cos if we do, he is the only driver cos i haven't drove for so long so i def won't drive..... unless my aunts come down to KL and we can tompang her up lor... the last time i brought andrea to KL was via cruise... hee.... then my mum suggest to go up via train cos at least got space for andrea to roam about if needed.... and we will have our own cabin with toilet and beds..... but will see how cos we plan to go up to KL in Jan next year after #2 is out...

actually my hb not keen to buy and q also, but really cheap loh. then since there leow, so just take out time to q. hahaha...

same here, me no confidence to drive so he is the only driver. and he also scare of malaysia car on the road. they really can drive very fast. went for those toyata drive up to malaysia once with my uncle and family. the speed they go is like at least 120km loh.
 
linda, for my hb the speed is ok lah but cos he is not familiar with the roads there and with young kids around, we rather play safe....
