Also I can't make up my mind whether to take urban shots (ie, those taken in Shenton Way area/in a cafe type) or something in an open area (nature setting, eg beach/garden/forest)

How long is the wedding service at your church? Mine is max a 1 hr service, so the timing is just rite for high tea.

And like what Agnes says, people usu cater for high tea. If you are still worried, reduce the no. of dishes that you cater for.

ren yu: is ala carte really cheaper from package??Actually i'm thinking of taking up package but one of the planners was telling me that package one may have hidden cost that we are not aware of.. so now dont know what to do..

actually if you look at it $2,700 is for the theme wedding, w/o the theme is ard $2,200. If you divide by 18 mths, it;s abt $122.22 per month the best thing is it save u all the hassle or running around & sourcing for things..
also the planner will help to do all the liasion woth the hotels, looki at all your wedding related contracts etc..

seems that i'm a lazy bride.. :D have not done anything yet..

chel: i actually went to the wedding shows & blacklist those that keep pestering me.. so far i have blacklisted a few already.

litte ger: Think the photographers for AD & PS are diff. if you get Bridal package, most of them dont have photographers for the actual day, so u have to get one yourself. I'm still doing research for AD photographers.. maybe will ask my planner to do the search for me.

yes yes he is quite journalistic but my wife likes it becos she dun like posey shots. I may have another friend of mine to take those family shots while letting him do the rest... Still looking at others though.. Any recommendation?

i think i prefer some 50% of each, certain stuff like alone pix with each jiemeis to me is a must. :D

Me taking Jesmax package, cos the price and style is okie for me.

same as the quotes $480 for 300pix with album and all original pix returns in cd + free 1 A2 collage. By sep 2004 book , they going to increase price to $580.

a2002, cool. our date is the same :D Where are you holding your dinner? I haven't confirmed mine yet. Only tentatively booked it at meritus. I saw a few Z-Wedding gowns in the mag. I was so impressed!!!! Thought they have some really nice cheongsams? You could use that for your eg? I haven't got my EG either, headache now trying to think of where to get and what to get.
