take care ya...I also got e flu bug..been having this bad flu since fri , so on mc yest and today but can't rest cos rushign a report to submit tmr =(...hiaz, i hate to study manz...Dun dare to tak emed cos scare drowsy then no time to do my work...Got to go bk to my report le..chat with u all tmr...bye!

hi all... me takin leave til tmr cos aldan sick again =( dwn w cough n phlegm in his lungs. needs to be on neubliser again. haiz!! he cant slp well cos kept coughin in his slp. hopefully wil be beta by tmr aft the medi. tmr afternn gg bk for doc review..

seems like weather is not gd, my throat is oso disturbing me. luckily not much teaching today coz of exams.
newbbi, take care, exams ard the corner, my colleagues all oso rushing their assignments. she even better havent take exams she say cant make it liao. but can understand la, not easy smemore she got so many commitments in sch plus a kid at hm. how to study??! i sure cant. that's why i dun thk i wana do masters even though my friends ask mi to go for it tog.

long time no see..drink lots of water ya cos u need to teach le..Tks ger..Its really tough lor, esp with a kid..really lor..haiz..but then, now already in 2nd yr le, just suffer for 1more yr and get it done with lor..hiaz..At least next time when i ask charlotte to study harder and get a degree, she won't tell me "mummy, u also dun hv degree, y must I get one"...hehe

U also take care of urself... Jayden also on nebuliser these few days due to cough and he got difficulty when sleeping...... but we bot the nebuliser in JB cos is much more cheaper compared to PD with GST..... kee kee....

maybe try not to let him sleep in aircon?
i try to apply more ru yi yu or some vick on inez back and chest when i let her sleep in aircon room, which is very seldom lah... hee..
maybe you try to apply for J? then body feel warm, so the lungs also can feel the warm.
cos cool air especially at night enter the throat then lungs which will cause coughing.
that's what the PD told me when inez was coughing badly the other time.

hello all! Daphne popped liao!
Alyssa is out to this world yesterday afternoon after about 5 hrs of intense labour.... hee..... and i must boast here (me very bu yao lian), i delivered Alyssa with no epi / jab and only used very little gas. Really use pure mind power to manage the contractions.... hee..... that's the only thing that i'm most proud of till now and can finally feel the power of motherhood in the most natural form. hee..... ok will update you all on Alyssa's first month again. Probably will be 22nd Nov at my mum's place in town.

cos, when inez got bad cough and phlegm, doc gives me those satche to dissolve in water for inez to bring. this is for phlegm, it helps to dissolve the phlegm.
can be bot off the rack from guardian too...

We bot the nebuliser from spore Guardian for $200 plus (My PD clinic cost $268, but the nurse said we can buy from Glen Hospital Pharmacy for cheaper price) so we went to buy from Pharmacy instead, as for the medicine occassionally I will buy from PD (To have record) but think in future mostly will buy from JB pharmacy (As there need not doctor prescripition) ... actually locally watson or pharmacy also sell but need doctor prescription)

Regards Jayden, his cough on/off wan... but usually 2/3 days of inhaul the nebuliser, he will be oki wan.... so I just need to invest on a good lasting nebuliser, and buy medicine from JB is still cheaper than visit the PD bah.... kee kee

the medical shop ppl told her mil.
think something like nan xin, bei xin, wolfberry then boil with those brown apple.
i let you know the actual ingredient when she get back to me.
told was good for lungs and phlegm.
i only boil a little bit of ling liang for inez once a mth. then occasional boil or no time just buy liang cha for inez to drink a bit.
cos touch wood, think her body is getting used to the virus in ccc leow. also she is drinking a lot of water in school according to the teacher and also she is not drink a lot of milk bah.
cos milk also heaty de.

Linda, I have one which my colleague shared with me, is also good for cough and phelgm.... but so far me only cook one time for Jayden....
Recipe for Pear and Xin Ren dessert
Ingredient
1 pear (shui li – Brown colour)
20g xin Ren - referring to the nan xing and bei xing
2 honey dates
300 ml water
Cooking method:
1. Cut Pear into cube size
2. Put water to boil
3. Put cube size pear, xin ren, and
honeydates into the boiling water
4. Slow cook for about 30 - 45 mins.
5. Cool down and the dessert is ready to be served

linda, ya the soup is those ripe apples or can be those honsui pears plus nanxin beixin. this is gd for lungs.

actually main thing is they believe nanxin beixin is very gd for the lungs. the chinese almond soup oso made fr this.

ya, perth is very nice... i oso got a close friend there and my hb has 2 army buddies stationed there now. but coz we driving ard so may not stay with them. hopefully still got time to meet up with them.
