newbbi, it's said that when you reached Mt Fuji and if you can see the top of the mountain then you will have very good luck cos the top is not always visible cos always covered by clouds..... hee...
as for food, i cannot recommend cos all my food were provided by the host family. They brought me to those original / traditional sushi family restaurant but hor, sashimi all these are not cheap in Japan hor... surprising...
then all i know is that my colleagues when they go on biz trip to japan, they always just eat those bento set or curry rice which most of the office pp eat lor..... not the typical jap food that we have here....

newbbi, there are long john that is not tight one..... it's just nice fitting..... depends on temp... if very low like below 10 hor, best to wear a top long john.... but if not, i think can just get a thick coat to go lor... if not wrong, tokyo doesn't snow one and it hasn't really gone into winter yet so won't be that freezing cold.... usually jan is the coldest month.

I think is good to have a singapoean tour guide in Japan loh, at least we can have things to talk when on the bus journey. Cos Japan is big, sometimes hv to sit in the bus for 2-3hours to reach another destination.

Nope, their raman are not exp..... but much delicious compared to here and typically is to sit side by side wan.... like how u saw on TV..but i didnt get to eat much suishi like sakae suishi here.

Me not sure of the local spore guide's charges in Japan, can call and ask bah.

crystal, ya i saw liao.... but i still thinking to take or not cos hor from what i see based on the pics, i remember lucky plaza got one corner that sell books and also sell something similar to those types.... and they are quite cheap.... like $1 per book kind..... i bot a few hard copy story books and it's $2.50 per book.... so maybe i'll try that store instead....

as for the makan session, i cannot confirm now. as it'll be quite near to me popping so i also dunno if i can make it or not. my initial edd is 7 nov but after the gynae checkup yesterday, gynae say likely to be earlier by 2 wks..... i'm just hoping now i can drag past next week cos my mum is back from her holidays next tues..... which gynae say should be able to provided i don't move around too much cos my cervix has soften and ripening liao....

crystal, it's at the ground floor..... errr.... near to the food court area (there are 2 foodcourt i think). the one which is smaller one... not the typical foodcourt with aircon.... the one that has no aircon one and always crowded one.....

we drove ard with megan in brisbane last yr was fun too.oz is very child friendly too.
we hear our frenz went hokkaido in may and drove ard so envious. maybe nx june den plan to go there. sigh...
