newbbi, mine is from sweetestmoments which i gave to colleagues and relatives that couldn't come to the bb shower. mostly my mum's side cos we didn't invite them as the location is too far for them.

There are different package, cos only cakes, or cakes with red egg, or cake with glut.rice..is up to ur own budget lor.

During my bb shower was 100 over guests, but i just seperate between the session, 11am was my relatives (only 30 pax), the rest are my and hb's friends.... ha ha ha

O ya, anyone got the list of things to buy/ prepare for baby? i'm so lost now.. duno wat to buy leh..

cos i got minor heart problem... need to inject antibiotics no matter i natural or Caeseran.. scare the labor will drag too long then my heart cannot take it..

ha ha, that time my hb oleidi faint when he saw the list, hence is the best is to start asking ur friends whether they have any pass down so that u can save !!!!

Oh i see...then c will be beta cos there is a designated timing..unlike natural, dun know when dilate to have delivery... like me lah, 19 hours in the labour room, always waiting and waiting... ha ha ha
 
ya.. my coli oso 18hours of labor... then end up emergency-C.. so she say for my case better opt for C directly.. dun drag wor..

most of my friends babies all few mths oni, still need those items bah.. duno how i can save, haha..

highness - i dunno my bb gender yet.. my edd is 21 jul.. hee.. so near to urs.. i will be doing c-sect prob ard e same time as u if u do a c-sect.. =)

snowy - my hair drop alot alot also tt time.. but coz now i preg, e hair loss stop for now.. tink it's normal coz when we preg, we never drop hair so after give birth must make up for e 9 mth now?
 
newbbi- i dun intend to gv cakes. wil jus gv vouchers to my colis. dun intend to invite them to the full mth cos most of them r malays n caterin v ma fan! i also tot of allocatin diff timings for relatives, own frens durin the 1st mth..

highness- alot of things rite! i see liao also wana faintz.. haha.. n i stil got sm things hvnt buy/do. waitin for the taka bb fair nxt wk =D
 
newbbi, my boy sleep in yao lan from 6wks onwards..

snowy, i drop tonnes of hair!.. will choke the drainage cover everytime i wash hair. but got better after 5mths.. now can see new hair is starting grow. theres nothing much u can do about it coz its part of the preggy package.. but my hairstylist recommend to apply hair tonic to promote hair growth (provided u r not bf)
 
newbbi, i did not invite colicks to my bb shower. i ordered party packs (mini cupcakes and choco cakes) from coffebean when i bring ryan back office. my hb gave his colick b solo vouchers...cos thats his office's standard practice for bb full mth.

cotton, i didn't try the cakes leh though i ordered more but end up not enough so i have to give away those that i ordered for own consumption. but i think should be ok lah cos my aunts say nice.

Me just took the basic package of only one cake, cos red egg, not everyone wan to eat lor..so rather dun waste $$. And yes, me will be going on next sun morning..

FYI, The babycare festival 2008 is 21 - 23 march @ Singapore Expo !!!!
 
jenn, i tried the lookalike meter... and andrea is 50-50 of me and hb! haha... at first try was 3% more me but hb not convinced so he tried another photo of me and hb and the result is 50-50.... then he post that in the blog.
 
for me, i think i sort of stop dropping hair liao cos can see baby hair growing out now.... but initially i also worry will go bald cos very scary to see chunks of hair drop.

For my hb, he have no idea how to do the blog, so he cant amend the result but to accept the fact that Jayden look like me even just only 8%.... ha ha ha
 
jenn, i think i should try putting my mum and my dad's photo and see how much andrea resembles
... cos some of andrea's photos, so much like my dad esp her smile... then some of her shots, like my mum.....
 
on weekends, i shall try to post my bb photo and andrea's photo and see how similiar... my mum say she look just like me when i was baby and then a lot of pp already said i looked like my mum....

caitlyn, u went for ur detail scan liao? i haven't leh.. mine is on 14th mar.. but my tummy balloon so big liao.. my maternity pants oso getting tight! haha..
my last checkup, gynae say it's a boy leh.. but i rather wait for the detail scan to confirm.. keke..

ting, i oso waiting for the taka baby fair to buy things.. but i not sure wat to buy.. so jenn's list is really useful to me, hee..
but i dun intend to buy cot lah.. let it sleep in the yao lan lor.. dat's how i grow up too.. luv it leh.. kaka..
 
highness- if u saw the stick, shd be boy liao lah =D my bb opened his legs so big durin the scan n we saw the stick so obviously. hahah... i was stil tinkin cld it be finger thn my gynae said hw can finger jus nice be in b/t the legs? hahahha
yea, jus follow the list. i got playpen frm my fren, got yao lan frm my aunt. i also grew up sleepin in the yao lan! keke
 
highness, u intend to let bb sleep in yao lan even at nite? can be quite dangerous leh.. esp when start learning to turn. some baby will b addicted to yao lan, can't sleep w/o it.. very difficult to go out.

watashi, the coffee bean wan our office oso got cater f year end party...the strawberry wif chocolate dip v nice...the mini cupcake or muffin oso no bad!
 
watashi/jam, i oso like the coffee bean catering...mi HOD used to cater it too for marking days, esp the cheesecake mix...yum!

ting, i oso tot it's the finger leh! wakaka..
when i went for my FTS, the doc oredi say 70% is boy.. then last checkup, gynae oso say boy.. but i still tink it's the finger, hohoho.. cos at first can't see mah, it sit with cross leg leh.. then somehow, i oni manage to see on hand waving in the air.. duno where's the other hand.. i always can't make up which is which part during the scan.. keke..

watashi, yao lan no gd ar? then cot is a muz? i still tot can do w/o it leh..
