I agree that the 4 bedrrom has vey nice layout but we feel only 2 person staying so no point gettin such a big unit. We took up OCBC cuz my hubby friend is working there and she helped us take care of everything. Initially we wanted to take juz 20yrs but our parents tell us to stretch as far as possible so that we won't feel so tied up financially. So, we took up 30 yrs. Another reason why we took up 30 yrs is also we didn't take 80% loan...so in term of interest...dun think we have 2 pay so much.

Phuket is beautiful. Last went there around 5 years ago but it is a nice and relaxing place. Can romantic romantic with ur htb lor. Me also looking for a short trip but FW just started working so cannot leave for time being lor.
