Is it in The QVM?? I wanted to get them to do a personalise on when we were there last Aug. But they need at least 2 weeks time. And there is a minimum requirement. Can't remember but was definitely a lot of kg.. Me dun want so much, coz the sweets are quite sweet and only need a number of quantity. They allow oversea order too.. But you need to pay for freight. So in the end will cost more.. Anyway, will not be going there this year.

for sweets, u can also get them in brisbane... well... not exactly in brisbane city, it's about an hr's drive, to the north, towards sunshine coast. can't remember the area (been a while since i've been there) but i know there's a sweet making factory there. they were here at raffles city for the recent australia promo.

if u don't want to serve shark's fin, u might want to get them to serve the 3 treasures soup? i think they were made out of fish maw, scallop & crab meat. my friend did that for her wedding at rasa sentosa. i didn't even notice the difference, like shark's fin soup. u might want to check with ur hotel if they have this? i think they should have an alternative for shark's fin since there's quite a bit of campaign against serving it at banquets.

try eating the apple half an hour before ur dinner, it's supposed to help with digestion. i read somewhere that by right, we're supposed to take fruits before our meals so that they can help with the digestion.
since u're going to shanghai, will u be tailoring a cheong sum there? i heard they do really good cheong sums there, not sure how much tho hee hee
