Hi All, St 64 is nearer to Jurong Point (10~15 mins) currently mature estate, no banga, nearer to Jurong Medical Centre, Library and after the Interchange has been built, it will be more mature estate. Compare to it, YS is a bit ulu though the flats are bigger. Not so near to MRT etc etc...

Hi all, Previously, we've decided to take a unit at St 64 but my hb and i decide to take at St 93 because it is nearer to Pioneer MRT and NTU. So, we can easily rent rooms to students if we like. It is not nearer to JP but Jurong stadium is just beside so good for exercise lo. No harm...
