Yea I think 30 mins will be sufficient. My main concern is more of the crowds control. I don't wish for the solemnization to be interrupted by the relatives who arrive early for the TC. Or should I just invite all to witness the solemnisation as well?

According to the hotel rep, should start at 1pm, depending on the percentage of guests arrived. I won't be having gate crash of any sort, just pick up my bride at the hotel on the day itself.
