hee mine also francis!!! he is quite nice and experienced. he did mention that 3months prior to food tasting he will give me a list of the optional dishes which they allow to change. you don't have to worry abt that part. :)

Usually hotels will release the perks for wedding shows 1-2weeks prior to it. After much scouting and site visit, i will be confirming my venue at swissotel merchant court and the coordinator is very nice, he ask us to attend the upcoming wedding show and he will help to waive off the fee

I was there on Sat as well, extra perks would be like choose 3 wishes out of 11 items, which includes f&b $100 nett voucher, additional 20l of beer, free flow mocktail/ cocktail during recept, canapes during recept, extra night stay and printing of inserts of invitation cards...

I waiting for wedding shows' perks. I think for some of the hotels it is one of the additional perks if you take up with them during the period.
