I think an alternative, is to give them a gift. I've seen people give bottles of wine, or jewellery, instead of ang pao. I think that would be nice, coz it also shows sincerity and thought into choosing the presents, and they need not be ex either.

I guess it's very much up to you. some girls, (i.e. me) always dreamt of walking down an aisle..so even though I'm having my ROM at a restaurant setting, I'm doing the walk-in as well, with my guests at their tables.

Parkroyal is really pretty. Very nice venue. But way off my budget, sadly. and they don't offer bridal suite for lunch packages.
