I also looked at gwp when i was picking my venue. The tudor ballroom seems smaller and the reception area is def alot smaller than conrad's. Another thing we were looking at was gwp has 2 servers to 3 tables but conrad's 1:1.

Pls share your experience after AD! Btw, it is actually possible to change some dishes from Conrad's menu. We managed to change 2 items, can discuss with your coordinators.

Not sure if its normal but thats how Conrad charged me also. But i compared their 2015 and 2016 rates, the price also increased by $100. And i think our priority was really to secure the ballroom so we didnt want to wait. Some coordinators will forget to tell you when they release slots for 2017...

Hi Esther! If you are certain that you want to sign with a particular hotel, you can speak to them and check if they allow you to book now. For my case, we were certain that we wanted Conrad and spoke to the hotel for soft booking. But turns out they offered to let us book our date even though...

If I am not wrong hyatt takes 20-25 tables for dinner. :)
