It is ridiculous to pay entire fee upfront way before your AD. What if the resturant closes down? Even hotel allow 50% deposit and balance few weeks for AD. It is not worth such risk unless yr AD is less than 1 to 2 mths away. Maybe u can discuss with them on this?

Yes for both emcee (Chinese and English) and live band. Depending if your banquet location allows them to use their sound system. If not, there will be additional charge of $300. My banquet at temasek club comes with sound system so i saved $300 =)
