We are not going for hotel cause we love long tables & plated dinner but don't have that many head counts. So we are considering places like White Rabbit & Nosh. But we are still looking for cheaper alternative.

Very expensive. Lunch minimum spending is 23k++, dinner minimum spending is 25k++. That's based on 150 pax is you rent extra tables & chairs to max out the capacity at additional $500++ But the venue is really lovely.
