There are quite a few other hotels offering better wedding lunch packages at a lower rate. Their dinner packages are very expensive after fat IMHO. I think they may have increased their prices or changed their menu for 2016

Update! I just had my wedding banquet on 18 October with Intercontinental Hotel. It is really a thumbs up head to toe with this hotel. Service was good. Food got good feedback and the entire programme was smooth. The hotel also stick to their promises of what is discussed in the wedding contract...
