hi girls! i signed up aimin 2 mths ago after reading this thread =P... now already underwent 12 sessions, wt dropped to 53.5kg from 60kg... Now i feel so sucky, it seemed that it is not dropping further?!!! So sadz... I scared i m building muscle mass cos I have been working out quite...
