Looking to sell off a Wedding Lunch at the St Regis Singapore on the 5th Jan 2019.



Details are as follows:

5th Jan 2019, Saturday
Total pax: 250
Cocktails: Start 11:30am, End 12:30pm
Lunch: Start 12:30pm, End 4:00pm
Venue: John Jacob Ballroom, St Regis

High End Package, amazing ballroom and popular date still about 5 months away. (can just google the John Jacob Ballroom to get an idea)

Some things that are included in package (I've highlighted some of the more special ones not in usual packages, PM me for full details)

1. Complimentary use of main function room from 9am-4pm
2. 3x Canapes during pre-lunch cocktail
3. 1x 30L barrel of beer or 1 bottle of wine per table
4. Free flow soft drinks/tea
5. 1x bottle of champange
6. Wedding deco, stationary, gifts, personalized guest book, 2x wedding token boxes of your choice
7. Personalized wedding favours and invitation cards inclusive of printing for 70% of guaranteed guest attendance
8. TWO night stay in St Regis Suite (check in 5th Jan) inclusive of wedding amenities and breakfast for two
9. Dedicated St Regis Butler to attend to your every need throughout your stay at St Regis
10. Food tasting for 10 that is still available

Just an additional point- some have been asking about Deco themes available. As part of the contract you are able to work directly with a selection of florist to choose your table pieces and other decor. There will not be a set deco theme as everything is personalized for your special day!
