We're letting go a ROM + Wedding lunch banquet package for Crowne Plaza Hotel.
We've made a $5000/- deposit.
All balance payments are to be made upon presentation of the bill upon checking out from your guestroom.
11am : Solemnisation (indoor- Hopea room)
12pm : Pre lunch cocktail session
1pm : Chinese lunch banquet
ends at 4pm.
• $958++ per table of 10 persons, minimum of 16tables.
• 8-course Chinese banquet
• Unlimited serving of soft drinks, mixers & chinese tea during the event up to 4 hours
• Complimentary 20litres beer barrel or 12 bottles of housewine
• Corkage waived for sealed & duty paid spirits & wine
• Sparkling champage fountain with a complimentary bottle of champage for toasting
• Complimentary one day-use room for helpers (10am - 2pm)
• Carpark coupons will be provided based on 20% guaranteed num of attendance
• Special room rate for guest(s)
Alternatively can be a corporate event or social event in 2016 with a minimum of $15,328 event charges.
For corporate or social event, you may consider the below package:
International Buffet Lunch at $75++ per person (minimum 200 persons)
International Buffet Dinner at $85++ per person (minimum 200 persons)
Beverage Arrangement
· Unlimited serving of soft drinks throughout the event
· Corkage waiver for all duty paid and sealed hard liquor and wines bought into the event
Other Arrangement
· Complimentary centerpiece for all dining tables to enhance the ambiance
· Complimentary provision of two (2) wireless handheld mic & sound system in function room
· Complimentary provision of two (2) LCD projector and two (2) projection screen
