Event decorations

Hello I am trying to find an events decoration company to decorate my solemnization event (the gazebo) at Alkaff however the quotes I've been getting thus far are in the range of 3500-6000 minimum, although I have requested for minimal flowers and budget packages.
does anyone else have the same problem or any recommendations?
I am just looking to drape the gazebo and some decorations nothing fanciful.
Or anyone knows if I can just hire manpower, would that be cheaper?
