Am looking to transfer my wedding banquet to another lucky couple.

Things for me are not so fortunate.

Wedding date is on 26th Nov 2016.
Discussing with my banquet manager to see if the dates can be adjusted to suit the couple's needs

The minimum table is 18
Max is 24.

It's a small ballroom but quite cosy, and there is only 1 ballroom on that floor because they only have 1 major ballroom.

I have paid a deposit of 4k, am looking to get back a reasonable amount, this can be discussed.

Ours is a dinner

Bridal Suite & Helpers Room

• One night's stay in bridal suite for newly-weds plus breakfast by room service, or buffet breakfast @ Straits cafe
• Rendezvous platter - fresh fruits for newly weds
• Pre-dinner snack for couple (Dinner)
• A day use for helpers from 2 to 8pm (dinner)

Symphony

• Ballroom , PA sound system, stage, two wireless microphones, 3 LCD Projectors, DVD player & 3 mounted projector screens

Deco

• Fresh floral deco at reception table, along the aisle and two VIP tables
• Elegant guest signature book and Ang Pow Box
• Tea light and centrepieces to accentuate every cocktail table
• Round Dining table for 10 pereson each including 2 vip tables, seat covers for all chairs
• Champagne pyramid with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine
• Decorative model cake for cake cutting ceremony

Dining

• Complimentary food tasting for 10 persons (excluding cold dish)

• 40 Lt barrel of draft beer (for weekend bookings)
