Full subsidies are also available for lower-income couples.
A. Marriage Preparation Programmes: Evidence-Based Programmes
These are programmes that have been rigorously tested in controlled settings, proven effective, and implemented in community settings. They have undergone peer review and shown efficacy in improving relationship outcomes.
1. Prevention and Relationship Education Programme (PREP)
