• What is the minimum spending or minimum number of guests required?

  Our packages are flexible for intimate solemnizations to full celebrations of up to 400 guests. Minimum spend depends on your selected date and time.

• What is the maximum capacity at Riverhouse?

  Banquet long table-style seating: up to 400 guests. Cocktail receptions: up to 800 guests depending on layout.

• What does your wedding package include?

  Includes a 6-course Chinese menu, beverages (beer, wines, soft drinks, coffee, tea), AV system, microphones, projector, bridal room, service staff, floral décor, stationery, and wedding coordinator. Fully customizable.

• Can we bring in our own vendors?

  Yes, external vendors are welcome. We also provide a list of trusted partners familiar with the venue.

• Do you have wet-weather backup options?

  Yes, indoor contingency plans are available for outdoor solemnizations to ensure smooth celebrations.

• What are the payment and cancellation policies?

  A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking, with balance payable on the wedding day. Postponements are supported. Cancellation terms are outlined in the contract.

• Do you cater to special dietary requirements?

  Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and special meals are available. Halal meals can be arranged via trusted partners.

• Can we have a food tasting?

  Yes, tastings are available for confirmed wedding packages.

• How long is the venue booking?

  Standard booking is 4 hours, with options to extend for setup and after-parties.

• What facilities and amenities are provided?

  Includes bridal room, AV system, lift access, coordinator support, and on-site operations team.

• Are there any décor restrictions?
