  We’d love to check for you! Popular dates, especially weekends, tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend reaching out early. Our friendly team can check availability and even hold a tentative date while you finalise your plans.

• What is the minimum spending or minimum number of guests required?

  Our packages are flexible for intimate solemnisation or celebrations up to 145 guests. Minimum spend varies by date and time and will be shared by our wedding specialists.

• What is the maximum capacity at il Giardino?

  Depending on your celebration style, we can accommodate:
  • Banquet-style: Up to 145 guests (86 indoors, 59 outdoors)
  • Cocktail reception: Up to 200 guests

  We can also host your solemnisation, lunch, and dinner all in one beautiful location.

• What does your wedding package include?

  Includes 4-course Western menu, beverages, AV system, bridal room, printed menus, service staff, and floral décor. Packages are customizable.

• Can we bring in our own vendors?

  Yes, external vendors are allowed. We also provide a list of trusted partners if needed.

• Do you have wet-weather backup options?

  Yes. The outdoor terrace is fully sheltered for all-weather celebrations.

• What are the payment and cancellation policies?

  A deposit secures your date, with the balance due on the wedding day. Postponement support is available. Cancellation terms are outlined in the contract.

• Do you cater to special dietary requirements?

  We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and special meals. Halal meals can be arranged via partners (kitchen not halal-certified).

• Can we have a food tasting?

  Yes, tastings are available for confirmed bookings.

• How long is the venue booking?

  4 hours for lunch events and 4.5 hours for dinner events.

• What facilities and amenities are provided?

  Includes bridal room, AV system, coordinator support, nearby parking, and MRT access.

• Are there any décor restrictions?

  Décor is allowed as long as it does not damage the venue. Certain items require prior approval.

• Do you offer weekday or lunch wedding packages?

  Yes, weekday and lunch packages are available with attractive pricing.

• Is there a cutoff time for celebrations?

  2:00 PM for lunch and 10:30 PM for dinner.
