Our Wedding Coordinator, Kiran was very accommodating and helpful throughout the planning process. Details and requirements were communicated effectively. On the actual day, everything from check-in to the wedding banquet went on seamlessly. Beautiful ballroom with high celling. Lots of praises for the food and the wine that was served. Thank you, Fairmont and team, for this wonderful memory of ours.

More ReviewsDinesh and Surin helmed the banquet operations that afternoon perfectly, and both of them along with their team delivered beyond expectations on all fronts. My wife and I, along with our bridal party, had received no unfortunate news or complaints from our guests before, during or after the event - and all banquet staff involved were observed to be very polite and accommodating to our guests needs, which was of our utmost priority. Everyone present could enjoy themselves thanks to the tireless efforts from the team in serving the banquet hall well. Our flow of events had also moved precisely, with little to no delay from the original plan we had. The audio and video capabilities of the room was also impeccable, with our video montage, march-in soundtrack and speech delivered clearly within the hall.
Both of us are very grateful to have experienced such service and interaction with your team, which has gone above and beyond the 5-star rating of your hotel. In particular, we are most thankful for your team's ability to accommodate our last-minute changes to the number of tables as well as event plans. Our wedding lunch reception concluded successfully on 12 March 2023 afternoon, with many of our guest giving rave reviews about the entire event - the venue, food portion, food taste and overall flow of the afternoon's events were all received by everyone whom we had spoken to after the event.
Choosing the perfect venue to host family and guests for a wedding and banquet will never be easy choice, with so many dazzling venues to choose from island wide. Having been in your team's care as a couple, we are very grateful and aware that we have made the best choice for ourselves when we chose to host our wedding at your hotel - and we would certainly not change any part of our experience with you. Sincerely grateful to have our wedding plans conclude safely and successfully alongside great efforts from your hotel and team, who have made this entire experience so special for us.
