I would like to commend the entire team that assisted with our wedding. My wife was particularly impressed with a team member who took care of her well-being throughout the wedding dinner, which she really appreciated.
Gobi was very accommodating and easy to liaise with. Thanks to the team members, our wedding dinner ran smoothly without any hiccups. The guests who attended our wedding dinner also praised the food that was served to them, mentioning that it was one of the few weddings they attended where they left with their bellies full.
I’m also very satisfied with Christopher as our Wedding Coordinator as he provided us with advice that made the wedding planning process stress-free.
I was also very impressed with the hotel lobby team as we were treated like VIPs on our special day, which we really appreciated.

Christopher worked with us from day 1, helping us sign up during the wedding fair and walking us through every step of the planning and organization process. He was very patient and prompt in responding to our questions and requests (we had tons), giving us good advice on our itinerary, table arrangement, and food. His attention to detail and thoughtful responses, even until late at night, made us feel incredibly cared for, and we had a smooth experience working with him.
Jason, our banquet manager, went above and beyond to help us run the event on the actual day, which led to the success of the event. He not only executed everything smoothly and professionally but also had a great idea of allowing my relatives to rest in the lounge area after the tea ceremony while waiting for the banquet. I received many good feedbacks from them, saying they enjoyed the experience. I also worked with him to rehearse when to open the doors for the solemnization and march-ins, which he and his team executed flawlessly.
Sethu & Benjamin were responsible for ensuring that the food, drinks, and decorations were well-prepared. The moment I came up from my tea ceremony, I was surprised to find that most things were already set up beautifully—huge kudos to the team for their speed and efficiency.
Throughout the night, I also received praise from the guests that the team provided impeccable service and were attentive to all requests, providing excellent service.
Finally, Nurul from the AV tech was amazing in guiding our groomsmen and bridesmaids on how to operate the AV. She also worked with the emcees during the rehearsal to make sure that everything ran smoothly, especially all the music, videos, and games.
Overall, we had a hugely successful wedding thanks to the brilliant Conrad Centennial Singapore team. Your level of service is truly inspiring, and we felt so cared for every step of the way, not only before and during the wedding but also after, during our stay in our suite. It was definitely the right choice going with Conrad Centennial Singapore for our wedding, and we would be happy to recommend it to anyone.

More ReviewsI would like to take this opportunity to thank all the team members from Conrad Centennial Singapore who assisted with our Wedding Banquet on 16 December 2023. Everything was executed smoothly, and everyone left the banquet feeling good and happy. Our guests were raving about how the service standard was superb and how delicious the dishes were, especially the lobster soup.
We would also like to commend our two banquet managers – Jason and Joel. Jason was meticulous in guiding us on the flow of the events, including the march-in, and providing time checks to ensure that the programmes ran smoothly. Joel was helpful in keeping us on track while we were on the stage.
We stayed in the bridal suite for 2 nights, and it was a delight. Room service was good, and we enjoyed the view from the Executive Lounge as we indulged in our breakfast.
Lastly, we would like to thank Chris from the weddings team for his assistance and coordination. He provided us with tips and advice regarding the processes as well.
